Every day, we impact millions by changing how people see the world.ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOBAs a Production Manager, you will manage a highly complex manufacturing department, ensuring excellent quality standards.Main responsibilities include:Managing efficiency and OEE KPIsProduction programming, deviation detection, and management actions to meet targetsManaging quality KPIsApplying delegation mechanismsEnsuring quality of parts produced in your shopAnalyzing auxiliary material costs (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap)Having advanced knowledge of work cycles and methodsContributing to the surface treatment area budgetUnderstanding environmental procedures and management referencesImplementing safety procedures for work interventions and risk managementPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEWe believe every team member contributes to our success.
