Combiniamo robotica, visione artificiale, AI e design industriale per creare prodotti robusti, scalabili e user-friendly, con l'obiettivo di rivoluzionare la raccolta differenziata e promuovere l'economia circolare.Siamo un team giovane e dinamico, con mentalità startup: flessibili, veloci e orientati a creare impatto reale nel mondo.Perché questo ruolo è importanteStiamo cercando un Senior Automation / Mechatronics Engineer per assumere la responsabilità della progettazione e integrazione di una nuova funzionalità — già definita — all'interno del nostro prodotto di punta. La persona guiderà l'intero processo tecnico: dall'architettura meccatronica a sensori e attuatori, fino a prototipazione, test e industrializzazione.Responsabilità principaliDefinire e progettare l'architettura meccatronica per la nuova funzionalità.Selezionare sensori, attuatori e componentistica hardware, bilanciando prestazioni, costi e scalabilità.Realizzare prototipi e guidarne l'integrazione sul prodotto esistente.Collaborare con i team meccanici, elettronici e software per garantire coerenza di sistema.Sviluppare piani di test & validazione hardware (test funzionali, affidabilità, robustezza).Diagnostica, debug e analisi root-cause in fase di testing o failure hardware/software.Documentare il design, le integrazioni, i risultati dei test, per garantire replicabilità e qualità.Supportare l'industrializzazione della soluzione, con occhio alle esigenze di produzione su larga scala.Requisiti minimiLaurea in Ingegneria Meccatronica, Automazione, Elettronica, Meccanica o ambito affine.Esperienza consolidata(minimo 5 anni)in progetti di automazione / meccatronica / hardware industriale su larga scala (es. elettrodomestici, meccatronica consumer, prodotti industriali complessi).Competenza nella progettazione di sistemi hardware reali — non solo prototipi da laboratorio — con sensibilità verso la produzione industriale.Conoscenza di sensori, attuatori, motion control, e integrazione meccatronica + elettronica + controllo.Capacità di gestire l'intero ciclo: progettazione ? prototipazione ? test ? industrializzazione.Approcciohands-on, orientato al risultato, con forte propensione alla soluzione di problemi reali.Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari (meccanica, elettronica, software) e buon livello di autonomia.Plus / PreferenzeEsperienza in robotica, automazione complessa o sistemi meccatronici avanzati.Conoscenza di sistemi embedded, controllo elettronico, IoT o sistemi con sensori/attuatori complessi.Familiarità con test hardware, validazione, debugging su sistemi integrati.Esperienza con processi di industrializzazione (serializzazione, produzione, qualità).Comprensione deitrade-offtra performance, costo, robustezza, manutenzione.Soft skills & MentalitàMentalità da startup: Flessibilità, pragmatismo, rapidità decisionale.Ownershipe responsabilità completa sul progetto: pensiero indipendente + collaborazione.Creatività e inclinazione a soluzioni semplici, innovative e robuste ("out-of-the-box thinking").Buona comunicazione con team multidisciplinari.Capacità di documentazione chiara e rigorosa.RAL 55k-70k commisurati all'esperienza.
