Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.Responsibilities- Drive operational security excellence in several separate facilities located within a short driving distance.- Identify physical security gaps and shortcomings and drive corrective action.- Interface with and direct vendors involved in security construction, repairs, daily security operations and patrols, and planning.- Extract metrics and observe improvements by analyzing hard data.- Make recommendations to improve electronic surveillance and access controls.- Direct efforts to educate data center occupants on false alarm reductions.- Write and implement security processes and procedures.- Write reports, create presentations, and communicate with management on the status of physical security systems, investigation techniques, and management of contract security guards.- 6+ months' experience in security roles, preferably in a data center or similar environment.- Knowledge of administration and operation of access control systems (Lenel, Milestone) and CCTV systems with digital recording.Preferred Qualifications- College Degree (Bachelor's) or background in one or more: Military (Career/Military Police/Military Special Operations Forces), Law Enforcement with Arrest Authority, TSA Security Screening, Correctional Facility Officer.- 2+ years security experience or ranges from $52,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112,000/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on
