specialized skills to tackle complex challenges, requiring innovative solutions and a deep understanding of technical concepts.You'll independently plan and execute project development, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts within the team.Seniority Level: Senior LevelResponsibilities:Technical Direction and LeadershipTechnical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership for a single team, making key decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, and tools.Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to other engineers, facilitating their skill development through regular one-on-one meetings.Issue Escalation: Proactively escalate issues to the Engineering Manager and Human Resources Director as needed.Work Environment Promotion: Actively promote and contribute to a healthy, safe, and collaborative work environment.Day-to-Day Engineering CollaborationHands-On Contribution: Collaborate closely with engineers on a daily basis, contributing to hands-on coding and implementation efforts.Code Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, pair programming, and adherence to best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical specifications.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues as they arise during development and deployment.Technical Strategy DevelopmentStrategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with product vision and broader business goals.Tradeoff Evaluation: Make relevant tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and technical complexity when shaping product and engineering decisions.Team Leadership and ManagementTeam Leadership: Lead the technical team in architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.Best Practices Advocacy: Champion industry best practices in software development, ensuring consistent coding standards and process improvements.Innovative Solutions Implementation: Identify and implement innovative technical solutions to address complex functionalities and system requirements.Problem Breakdown and Task Management: Decompose complex technical challenges into clear, actionable tasks.Prioritize and manage the technical workload effectively.Code Review and sharing.Requirements:6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent leadership roleProven experience leading technical projects from inception to completionMastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development toolsStrong experience working with ReactJS, NodeJS, Javascript, AWS, and PostgreSQLStrong understanding of system architecture and design patternsExpertise in agile development methodologies and project management toolsDemonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExperience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Strong leadership, mentorship, and task delegation capabilitiesAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trendsExperience in process improvement and driving change within a
