Synergie Italia SPA, filiale di Firenze, ricerca per importanteBrandnel settoreFashion&Luxuryun/una:Descrizione aziendaSynergie Italia SPA, filiale di Firenze, ricerca per importanteBrandnel settoreFashion&Luxuryun/una:DIGITAL QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SPECIALISTPosizioneLa figura, inserita all interno del team Quality System, seguirà la progettazione, strutturazione e digitalizzazione dei processi a supporto del Sistema Qualità e della Compliance di Prodotto, garantendo tracciabilità, integrità dei dati, automazione dei flussi e supporto alle attività di controllo e reporting.Opererà come interfaccia tra Qualità, Compliance e le altre funzioni aziendali, traducendo i requisiti normativi e di processo in soluzioni digitali efficienti, scalabili e integrate con i sistemi informativi aziendali.Si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Analizzare i processi del Sistema Qualità e della Compliance di Prodotto (es. gestione documentale, non conformità, azioni correttive, audit, change management, tracciabilità prodotto) per strutturare soluzioni digitali efficienti, standardizzate ed user friendly a loro supporto;Progettare e implementare soluzioni digitali basate su: Microsoft 365, Power Automate per l automazione dei flussi di lavoro, Power BI per reportistica, KPI e dashboard di qualità e compliance, Power Apps ;Garantire l integrazione delle soluzioni sviluppate con i sistemi informativi aziendali (ERP, PLM, sistemi di qualità, database, ecc.);Definire strutture dati, permessi, versioning e criteri di sicurezza delle informazioni;Supportare le funzioni aziendali nella standardizzazione e miglioramento continuo dei processi;Fornire supporto agli utenti, formazione e documentazione delle soluzioni implementate;Collaborare con IT per aspetti di governance, sicurezza ed evoluzione delle piattaforme.RequisitiLa risorsa ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica, Statistica, Economia;Conoscenza dei processi di Qualità e Compliance di Prodotto;Esperienza nella digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali;Ottima conoscenza operativa di: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Lists, Excell, Teams, .), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps come plus), gestione e costruzione Data Base SQL;Capacità di analisi dei requisiti e modellazione dei processi.Altre informazioniSi offre contratto in somministrazione di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga; prevista mensa aziendale.Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì con orario 8:*******:30 e un'ora di pausa pranzo.Sede di lavoro: Scandicci (FI)L'offerta è rivolta a candidat nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ******** e della PdR ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l'informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.UE ********.Aut.Min.Prot.N. **** SG del 16/12/2004#J-*****-Ljbffr
