Chief Accountant – Fiscal & Accounting ResponsibleLocation: Castello D'Agogna (PV)ResponsibilitiesSecure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations.Ensure that all accounting documents and transactions comply with local law and tax regulations.Maintain day-to-day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations.Prepare monthly and periodic statutory reports.Compile all official reports and tax returns.Perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company.Handle various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by the Business Controller.Participate in all audit processes—internal and external—preparing requested reports, statements and reconciliations.Provide correct and timely figures and reports; raise red flags when necessary.Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulation; inform colleagues in all departments.Follow internal procedures and other applicable rules for this position.Implement accounting procedures within the department.Support other departments with financial and fiscal information.Lead or actively participate in internal accounting and reporting projects.Use company assets efficiently and cost-consciously.Manage filing, storage, and security of documents.Oversee all credit and collection activities.Improve KPI in credit and collection.Continuously work to improve efficiency in the accounting department.Technical SkillsVery good knowledge of Excel (must).Good spoken and written English.Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations.Ability to work efficiently under stressful situations.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Proactive; highlight warning signals and implement action plans.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fiscal and accounting cases and business needs analysis.Experience RequirementsMinimum 5-8 years experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of financial, fiscal and management accounting.Good understanding of ERP systems and how they work.Expertise in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI.Degree in economics (educational requirement).Personality RequirementsGood communication skills and ability to understand various functions and situations.Good interpersonal skills.Organized work style.Active, dynamic, motivated, with strong communication and management skills.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
