Your opportunityIn order to support the design activity in mechanical technical department, Sidel is looking for a mechanical designer in charge to design palletizer and de-palletizer machine groups.The designer will be part of a team of mechanical technical department and will report directly to the ETO (Engineering to Order) Manager.Your MissionCreate designs and technical drawings for mechanical devices and equipmentDevelopment of new parts or groups to solve machine reliability problemsDraw up documentation, description of operation, maintenance planManagement of non-conformitiesReport on regular basis the status of the projects to the managerYour ProfileLanguagesEnglish: B2 Level minimumFrench is a plusProfessional Skills And ExperienceKnowledge of CAD Software, Solidworks, Autocad.(Nice to have Knowledge of QS TOP)Knowledge of sizing of mechanical components and transmissionsProblem-solving skillsPositive attitude and able to work in a team environmentGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially ExcelAble to travel, if request, for a short period to customer site for surveys or analysis of machine problemsNice to have: Knowledge of Solidworks Simulation module (FEM analysis), SAP PLM#J-*****-Ljbffr
