Join to apply for theHR & Payroll Assistantrole atNORMAL A/SNormal is a fast-growing retail brand founded in **** in Denmark that empowers and extensively delegates to our employees.We operate as a strong community, always working together toward one common goal – delivering an excellent customer experience.The RoleAs theHR & Payroll Assistantin Italy, you will support our HR & Payroll Partner in all personnel-management activities, focusing primarily on administrative tasks and payroll management.You will also provide general support across recruitment and onboarding.Your Main ResponsibilitiesSupporting the management of hires and terminationsManaging the relationship with the external payroll provider to ensure accurate transmission of all required information for payroll processingConducting detailed checks of payrolls and managing payslips, including variables related to sickness, accidents, etc.Ensuring compliance with all legally required and company-related tax obligationsSupporting the management of requests from public authorities and/or the Revenue Agency, ensuring timely and efficient handlingWho are you?You take initiative, work well in an international environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and external partners, stay organized when handling multiple tasks, and focus on delivering results at a steady pace.We Also Expect That YouAre a qualified HR & Payroll Assistant with at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the retail sectorHave solid knowledge of CCNL CommercioAre proficient in MS tools, especially ExcelHave knowledge of ADP software – a plusAre fluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenLocationOur local headquarters in Milan.Position detailsInitial fixed-term contract (6 months) – an opportunity for both parties to get to know each otherFull-timeStart date: February ****Please note: we only accept CVs in English.Applications sent by email will not be considered.#J-*****-Ljbffr
