Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) Work type: Full-time Department: School of Chinese Medicine Location: Hong Kong Responsibilities Provide clerical support to the School in programme administration. Assist with promotional events. Handle enquiries and maintain record-keeping. Perform any other duties as assigned. Flexible to work outside office hours. Qualifications Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Grade C minimum) and Chinese (Level 2) and Mathematics, or equivalent Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. At least 4 years of full-time work experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Strong interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, mature and self-motivated. Bachelor's degree considered.
