Join to apply for theProject Quality Engineerrole atData4.Join to apply for theProject Quality Engineerrole atData4.DATA4'S MISSIONDATA4 creates Smart & Scalable digital facilities for our customers.Our network of highly connected, resilient, and sustainable data center campuses underpins our customers' digital growth in Europe.DATA4 Group finances, designs, constructs, and operates its own data centers.Delivered through our data center campus model, we provide our customers with secure, scalable, and high-performance data hosting solutions.DATA4 VALUESAt DATA4 we are driven by our values.These are the core of everything we do – from the proactivity we show in delivering great outcomes for our clients, to the responsibility we show as a key contributor to the digital economy.Our three values are:To be entrepreneurial – we are teams of doers who make things happen with autonomy, energy, and a sense of responsibility.To always take responsibility – for our impact on the people we work with, the society we are part of, and the environment in which we operate.To constantly be adaptable – our business is designed to adapt, answering not only today's challenges, but also anticipating what's coming next.About The RoleAs Project Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the Technical Department and Project Managers, reporting to the QA/QC Lead.You will be responsible for ensuring that data center projects comply with customer and regulatory requirements.You will participate in defining and implementing processes from scratch and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain the DATA4 Project Quality Plan for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the Design and Construction department's key processes, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.Promote quality awareness and provide training within the project team.Prepare and deliver high-quality project reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.Responsibilities in terms of IMS CertificationsH&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules.Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies.Information security: Respect and enforce information security policies.Energy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceMaster's degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience.Solid experience in quality management.Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of ISO **** series standards; auditing experience required.Must be qualified as a lead auditor.Knowledge of problem-solving and risk management techniques.Excellent writing skills.Lean Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification is a plus.Behavioral SkillsFluent in English.Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and ethics.Proactive in proposing ideas.Strong leadership; effective team player.Attitude and interpersonal skills aligned with sustainable development principles.Highly disciplined, organized, and analytical.Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all stakeholders.Good listening skills.Effective teacher and communicator.Proactive and persuasive.Resilient under stress.#J-*****-Ljbffr
