IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.IQVIA creates intelligent connections across all aspects of healthcare through its analytics, transformative technology, big data resources and extensive domain expertise.We are currently looking for anInternto join the Advanced Analytics practice of our Consulting team based in Milan.As an intern with IQVIA, you will be responsible, under supervision, for actively participating in/supporting the development and delivery of projects with a specific focus on analytics by:Extracting data from IQVIA data sourcesPerforming advanced statistical analyses (e.g. Segmentation & Profiling, ROI analyses, Test and Control, Sales Forecasting, etc.) using IQVIA information platforms (on trade, sales, anonymized patient data, etc), statistical software or Open source languagesTaking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations, and other deliverablesGaining experience in SAS, Python to manipulate and analyze regular and big data setDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematical Engineering, Managerial Engineering, Mathematics and PhysicsStrong analytic and quantitative backgroundDemonstrated ability to use programming language (like Python or R) or statistical software like SASAbility to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, generate insights, summarize recommendationsExcellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power PointSolid communication and problem solving skillsProficiency both in Italian and EnglishProven teamwork experienceHybrid Formula, Milan OfficeInternship GrantIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide.Learn more
