Social network you want to login/join with:FILIALE: MILANO OFFICESPECIALIZZAZIONE: CORE SKILL - EngineeringGrafton Engineering is a team dedicated to enhancing the experience, skills, and potential of candidates in Design, Logistics & Supply Chain, Production & Maintenance, Quality - Safety & Environment, Process & Project Management.Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.Saipem is organized into five business lines: Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions.We are looking for:Senior Instrumentation EngineerAs a Senior Instrumentation Engineer, you will join our Department of SMAUT, in the business line Energy Carriers, conducting the following activities:Prepare Instrumentation elements (tagged items and bulk material), quantities for cost and erection works estimates.Define engineering design basis and guidelines.Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications, data sheets, installation specifications and drawings, BOQs, and MTOs.Prepare the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions and perform technical evaluations according to internal procedures.Participate in P&ID mechanization.Validate vendor control valves and safety valves sizing calculations, measurements elements sizing calculations.Ensure Instrumentation 3D modeling design activities.Review client technical documentation and requirements.Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control subcontracted engineering documents.Optimize Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity, in compliance with contractual and safety requirements.Perform site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases.Requirements:Proven experience (at least 5 years) in similar positions with international main contracting and engineering companies.The ideal candidate shall have the following technical skills:Independently develop technical specifications, datasheets, and installation designs for various types of instruments/analyzers/bulk materials.Interface independently with other engineering disciplines and suppliers to identify optimized solutions from a technical/economical point of view.Finalize technical evaluations for the purchase of instruments/analyzers/bulk materials.Independently solve interdisciplinary issues during project activities.Knowledge of English: B2/C1.Strong attitude to work in a multicultural environment and team.Sede: Milano HO.Available for international assignments when necessary.Contract Type: Permanent, salary package commensurate with experience.Grafton Engineering is a specialization of Gi Group Spa authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies (Aut.
