PositionAI Learning Designer – EdTech (French fluent)• Full-time • Paradox ENOffices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remote worldwide.About the RoleParadox is building a learning operating system that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation to help people rewire who they are.Your mission is to turn this ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.As Learning Experience Designer, you'll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say, "This didn't just teach me, it changed me."Each cycle you lead will integrate protocols, loops, personalization, AI agents, and more.Core ResponsibilitiesLearning Experience Architecture – own the full learning system from architecture to execution.Design the journey, not just the content and lesson.Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain.Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem.Craft a premium, high-impact course experience.Co-create courses with experts.Lead end-to-end design of the course.Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets.Conduct user research to inform goals, personas, curriculum.Craft AI conversations and loops; write and optimize prompt chains.Review conversations with AI to refine agents.Analyze, measure and iterate for transformation and stickiness.Define KPIs of transformation.Iterate on the course using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics.Be obsessed with user problems; talk to users weekly, analyze patterns.Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers.Ideal CandidateExperience3–6 years as Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.Proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types.Portfolio of one or more cinematic/narrative-rich courses or learning programs.TraitsCraft-obsessed; strong do-er mentality.Strong writing and editorial skills.Excellent aesthetic sensibility.User- and impact-obsessed; focus on outcomes, not outputs.Critical thinker; able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses.Digital and AI savvy, capable of building or learning to build AI agents.Language RequirementsFrench: native.English: fluent; written communication is in English.What We OfferAutonomy and accountability culture.Flexible working hours and remote work from anywhere.Magnificent offices in Dubai, Paris, or Lisbon.Standing desks paid if you live far.350€ per year for personal wellness.150€ per year for books or education.Six 1:1 coaching sessions.How to ApplyTo complete recruitment, each candidate must organize calls with previous managers.If you are not comfortable, do not apply.Hiring Process• 6-to-8 minute application survey with short video assignment.• 30-minute video call to deep dive into career path.• 1-hour video call to discuss fit with Product team.• 1-hour culture-fit video call.• Final video call to discuss product vision and next milestones.• Reference check.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEducation & TrainingIndustryEducation#J-*****-Ljbffr
