Eiffage Construccion is a leading French multinational company with a long-standing reputation in infrastructure and industrial projects across Europe.We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team at the U.S. Air Base in Aviano, overseeing the execution of key infrastructure projects.What you'll do Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress control.Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timelines.Act as the main point of contact with the client and project stakeholders.Review and approve change orders, budgets, and technical documentation.Monitor project costs, subcontractor payments, and invoicing.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulations.What we're looking for Degree in Engineering , Architecture or Construction Technician (Geometra) Proven experience as a Construction Manager in infrastructure or industrial projects.Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and AutoCAD.What we offer Competitive and negotiable salary package.Full-time position.Immediate start.Opportunity to work in an international environment with a dynamic, collaborative team.If you are a proactive professional seeking to grow within an international environment and contribute to major infrastructure projects — join our team#Humanperspective
