MotorK is the leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specialising in the automotive sector.At MotorK, our mission is to empower manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services to offer the best digital customer experience.We are on a fast and ambitious trajectory and serving 90% of the automotive manufacturers.To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents.If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us.As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Junior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Management team based in Milan, Italy.The roleThe Junior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical qualification, solution design and proposal support to the commercial and client services teams.Acting as a product specialist, you will provide consultancy and support for the installation, configuration and use of our SaaS platform, website solution and digital products.In this role you will:Provide technical support to Sales teams in development the proposal, pre-sales and post-sales activities;Provide product, business, and technical knowledge for sales activities;Be the technical bridge of technical/commercial aspects for MotorK & its (potential) clients, mapping technical capabilities, articulate product value proposition and benefits to develop winning bespoke solutions;Ensuring high quality production and responses to clients Request for Proposal (RFP) & Request for Information (RFI);Provide recommendation and solution architecture based on customer requirements, including presentation of solutions;Gather & understand clients requirements and communicate back to internal teams while liaising with Product management team to build bespoke solutions.RequirementsOur ideal Junior Solutions Engineer will have a strong digital mindset and hunger to develop within an international organization.Fluent English and native Italian speaker;Degree in Digital marketing/Economics/Management Engineering;Intuitive mind with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and interpret client requirements, drive conversation to the right direction;Confident and articulate communicator who can take command of most business situations;Strong in building work relationship & rapport with internal & external stakeholders at all levels;Passionate about digital;An eye for detail, confident and good presentation style;Self-motivated, Well-organized, Proactive and capable of working under pressure.Work pattern and locationFull time (40 hours per week);Monday - Friday;Office based in Milan (near Lambrate).BenefitsIndividual training paths;Opportunity to develop and move within the company;National and international mobility options;Yearly team activities.What you can expect from the recruitment processHR interview;Hiring Manager interview;Peer interview/skills assessment;C-level interview (optional).MotorK is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.Our company is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.All employment decisions at MotorK are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, colour, religion or belief, age, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.#J-*****-Ljbffr
