Cedacri is part of ION Group, a community of visionary innovators dedicated to providing pioneering software and consultancy services to financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, governments, and corporations worldwide.We strive to simplify the way people work by providing workflow and process automation software, real-time data and business intelligence to help people make better decisions.For the strengthening of the Finance team within Cedacri, we are looking for a motivated professional to grow their career as PPM Specialist.The selected candidate will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment, working closely with a senior figure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of processes managed through the PPM ERP.Your role:Your key duties and responsibilitiesSupport in all activities related to the PPM ERP, including configuration, monitoring, and user assistanceContribute to the management of the Budget cycle, including data collection, workflow support, reconciliation, and monitoringAssist in the Passive Cycle processes (Requests for Purchase, orders, commitments, invoice workflow) ensuring correct alignment and data accuracySupport internal effort activities, including timesheet validation, cost allocation checks, and analysis supportCollaborate in the Demand Management process, helping collect business requirements and ensuring proper tracking within the PPM systemPrepare and update operational reports from PPM, supporting Finance and Controlling teamsWork with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to system enhancements.Other dutiesWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.Your skills, experience, and qualifications requiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field2–5 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support, or financial processesStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailsGood knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with ERP logic, financial processes, or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus)Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environmentExcellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of EnglishAvailability to travel to the company location in Emilia-Romagna on a weekly basis.What we offer:Location: According to the Italian Law (L.*****) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ION by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
