Assistant Venue Manager - IVH, MICO26 - Olympic & Paralympic GamesJoin to apply for theAssistant Venue Manager - IVH, MICO26 - Olympic & Paralympic Gamesrole atOn LocationOn Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, offering ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production and travel management across sports, entertainment, fashion and culture.It partners with major rights holders, including the IOC and FIFA, and provides immersive experiences at marquee events such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup ****, Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four, and more.The RoleThe Assistant Venue Manager, In Venue Hospitality (IVH) Event Production aligns venue operations with MICO and OLE FAs, ensuring safe, high-quality conditions for suppliers and HSP guests during Olympic and Paralympic sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Cluster Manager in delivering the On Location Hospitality program, including project management of venue action points.Coordinate venue-specific activities and maintain project milestones and timelines in line with OLE policies and MICO guidelines.Develop on-site conditions that deliver a unique HSP guest experience while ensuring productive working conditions for venue staff.Support hospitality coordination during competition venues: briefs, orders, planning, and implementation of concepts.Implement IVH products with production agencies respecting MICO guidelines and budget.Prepare and dismantle HSP spaces, reporting any damage and hand-back to the venue owner/operator.Manage inventory movements and propose sales adjustments.Collaborate with service providers, stadium operators, police, and emergency services on HSP spaces.Develop and update operational documentation, training programs, and budgeting documents.Lead on-site HSP venue team training and support visitation and troubleshooting activities.Produce debriefs, final reports, and manage hospitality during selected sessions.Other duties include training venue staff, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, resolving problems, and collaborating with relevant management.Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in event management or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in sports event organization and stadium or arena management.Experience managing large-scale complex projects, especially in sports.Olympics or similar large-scale project experience is a plus.Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages encouraged.Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Teams, Zoom, Confluence, Air Table.Highly organized, process-oriented, able to lead, multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a dynamic environment.Good timekeeping, motivation, energy, and willing to work long days, evenings and weekends.Willingly relocate to Paris, France.CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Equal Opportunity EmployerOn Location is an Equal Opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or genetic information.These responsibilities and qualifications describe key duties for this role, but they are not exhaustive and may evolve over time.#J-*****-Ljbffr
