QA/QC Site Manager - Data Center (Electrical Background)Sector:Data Center - HyperscaleEmployment Type:Full-time, Site-BasedReporting to:Project ManagerLocation:Milan (MI), Italy (on site)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedQA/QC Site Manager with a strong electrical backgroundto join majormission-critical Data Center projects.The role is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing allQuality Assurance and Quality Control activitiesrelated to electrical systems, ensuring full compliance with international standards, hyperscale client requirements, contractual specifications, and internal quality procedures.This is asite-based position, with involvement from construction through commissioning and final handover.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management - Data CenterDevelop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP)Prepare, review, and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, hyperscale specifications, and commissioning matricesMaterials & Technical DocumentationReview and manage Material Submittals (M/S)Validate Method Statements and shop drawingsPerform quality checks on incoming materials (MIR)Inspections, Testing & Commissioning ReadinessConduct and oversee inspections in line with approved ITPsSupervise electrical testing (IR, continuity, Hi-Pot, LV/MV testing)Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities up to ISTNon-Conformance & Continuous ImprovementManage NCRs, SORs, and CAPAsPerform root cause analysisTrack and ensure timely closure of non-conformitiesMultidisciplinary CoordinationInterface with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, and Commissioning teamsParticipate in quality, coordination, and progress meetingsReporting & HandoverMaintain QA/QC logs, inspection reports, and test recordsPrepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reportsSupervise final quality documentation and handover dossiersRequirementsEducationDegree in Electrical EngineeringorElectrical / Technical DiplomaExperience6-10 years of QA/QC experience on complex construction projectsStrong preference for Data Center or other mission-critical facilitiesExperience in Middle East or international EPC environments is a plusTechnical SkillsSolid knowledge of PQP, QMS, ITP, RFI, Method Statements, MIR, NCRFamiliarity with IEC and BS standardsExperience with FAT/SAT and Data Center commissioning processesBIM knowledge is an advantageSoft SkillsFluent technical EnglishAbility to lead and coordinate multicultural teamsStrong attention to detail, documentation, and problem-solvingWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work onhigh-profile, large-scale Data Center projectsKey role supporting construction, commissioning, and final handoverInternational and technically advanced working environmentCompetitive salary package aligned with experienceApply nowor contact us for further information.
