Humangest, a company specialized in recruitment and selection, is seeking on behalf of a company operating in theservices and technological innovation sector, focused on thedesign and development of software solutions, a:Instructional Designer & Technical Writer (Bilingual IT / EN-US)Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will join theTraining and Technical Communicationdepartment and work closely with aninternational team.The role involves designing digital learning solutions and developing technical documentation to support software applications and business processes.The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders, contributing to the creation ofbilingual training and informational materials, ensuring quality, clarity, and compliance with established standards.Key responsibilities include:Analyzing training needs and designing eLearning, classroom, and blended learning programsDeveloping storyboards, scripts, and interactive content using authoring tools (e.G.
