Direct message the job poster from SAPA - Superior Automotive Parts and ApplicationWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department.The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with industry standards (IATF *****), and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (IATF *****, ISO ****).Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring efficient quality control processes on the shop floor.Plan and conduct internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits.Monitor quality KPIs and define corrective and preventive action plans.Manage internal and external non-conformities using 8D, FMEA, PPAP, and other problem-solving tools.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Customer Service to implement quality improvements.Serve as the main point of contact for OEM/Tier 1 customers on quality-related topics.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Quality Management in the automotive sector.Strong knowledge of IATF *****, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex issues.Good command of English (written and spoken).Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionQuality AssuranceIndustriesMotor Vehicle ManufacturingGet notified about new Quality Assurance Manager jobs in Asti, Piedmont, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
