Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroCompany OverviewLUX Tennis is a world-class tennis management company working with private clients and 5-star luxury resorts across the globe.Our mission is to deliver high-end tennis/padel services through a team of elite coaches, providing unforgettable experiences in some of the most stunning destinations around the world.With locations in the Maldives, Mexico, Malaysia, Europe, and beyond, LUX Tennis creates a professional yet exclusive environment where clients receive personalized, top-level training and tennis experiences.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Racquet Sports Director to join our team in Italy, Sicily, working at one of the country's most prestigious 5-star resorts.The role combines coaching excellence, client care, and operational leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall service, operations, and promotion of the service at the resort.Conduct daily private and group tennis/padel/pickleball sessions with resort guests.Design and deliver structured, high-quality training sessions adapted to individual needs.Ensure exceptional guest experience by being visible, approachable, and proactive in promoting racquet sports activities.Represent LUX Tennis with professionalism, enthusiasm, and high energy on and off the court.Analyze and ideate to develop the tennis, padel, and pickleball centre.Maintain equipment, court scheduling, and assist in organising all racquet sports-related activities or programmes.Communicate effectively with guests to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.Candidate ProfileHigh-level tennis background (ATP / WTA / ITF experience preferred).Minimum 5 years of coaching experience, ideally in luxury or international settings.Experience in a resort setting is a big plus.Fluent in Italian and English.Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation and communication abilities.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with a commission based on the revenue generated.Food and housing included during the contract period.Work in a prestigious 5-star resort environmentBe part of an elite, international coaching team with global career opportunities.Location– Verdura – Sicily – Luxury 5-Star ResortContract Duration– 23 February **** to 16 November ****Interested candidates who would like to be included in our database and be considered for future opportunities are invited to send your CV to:#J-*****-Ljbffr
