Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.He/She has to ensure that key industrial constraints and processes are applied during production, that key planning information (lead time, stock levels, customer delivery planning, ...) is known, managed and communicated, that project material is ordered efficiently and delivered on time to achieve project milestones.To define action plan to reduce delivery risk (lead time, obsolescence, stock levels for internal and external warehouses) and to validate specific procurement anticipationsTo assure a proper material delivery follow-up of the assigned products, securing material flow from suppliers, internal/external warehouses, final customer destination in term of procurement and logisticsTo manage materials/components procurement plan taking care both the target of stock reduction and the service level to customerSupport to the definition of industrial scheme and relatedmake or buystrategy with Industrialization and Sourcing departmentInterface with Procurement / Material Planning to schedule Purchase OrderInterface with Logistics to schedule shippingSupervision of material procurement, products manufacturing and testing, logistic & shipmentResponsibilities:Activate needs in ERP toolValidate purchase request for "BUY product" and release work order for "MAKE product"Interface with manufacturing team to set MPS at least monthly and to attend weekly meeting for the MFG follow-up statusMaterial variance analysisMaterial movement management between sites and warehousesMeasurementERP data accuracyDefinition and management of material procurement and delivery planOn time material deliveries to the projectInventory level and coverageOrganisational ReportingThe job holder will report directly to the Industrial Planning ManagerNetwork & LinksInternal:Manufacturing, Procurement & Material Planner, Logistics, Industrial Quality, Product IndustrializationExternal:Project Material ManagerEducational RequirementsEducated to University Degree level in EngineeringEnglish speakingExperienceMinimum of 3 year experience in similar position or in Project Planning roles.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
