Master Data and Product Configurator Coordinator will be responsible for managing, supervising, and optimizing product coding processes for the WW branches, coding processes for semi-finished goods, creating and maintaining bills of materials, updating the price list for each country and supplier price lists, maintaining all item master data fields, performing purchasing simulations for all projects and new items added to the catalogue, and managing the product configurator, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment of technical data with production, sales, and logistics processes.Main ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the product coding office, ensuring standardization and quality of master and technical dataDefine, maintain, and update bills of materials (BOM) in collaboration with the technical, production, and purchasing departmentsManage the product configurator, ensuring proper functioning, consistency with technical specifications, and support for the sales teamSupervise the processes of creating and modifying item codes, work cycles, and product variantsEnsure integration and consistency of data between ERP, PLM systems, and the configuratorDefine procedures, guidelines, and best practices for managing master data and bills of materialsMonitor KPIs related to data quality, update timelines, and configuration accuracySupport continuous improvement and digitization projects for technical and production processesCollaborate with IT on system developments and automation initiativesManage and train team members, assigning priorities and setting objectivesKey Experiences5+ years of experience in master data management, product lifecycle management, operations, or related functionsSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, product structures, and supply chain principlesKey Knowledge & CompetenciesProven experience managing product configurators (e.g., SAP VC, or similar).Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).Fluent in English mandatory requirementExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset#J-*****-Ljbffr
