We are seeking an M&A Expert to join our team in Rome.This role will drive the company's growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities.The M&A function plays a critical role in the company's success by supporting value creation through rigorous financial analysis, deal execution, and effective post-deal integration in close collaboration with corporate and business teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive benchmarking to identify potential investment opportunities.Develop corporate research and financial analysis based on financial statements, business plans, and financial models.Perform company valuations using key methodologies (DCF, trading and transaction multiples, LBO, NAV).Build advanced financial models to support deal structuring and scenario analysis.Prepare internal and external presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.Support the full M&A process, including project management, due diligence coordination, and drafting/execution of legal documentation.Collaborate with corporate functions to implement M&A and corporate development initiatives.Contribute to post-deal integration and synergy tracking.Requirements:Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Solid understanding of M&A and corporate finance tools and methodologies.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with financial data platforms.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Reliability, flexibility, and precision.Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a corporate environment.Education and Experience:Degree in finance/economics/management.Proficiency in Italian and English.Master degree.Relevant Professional Certification.Advanced Microsoft Office/AI tools.Required Previous Experience:5+ years of prior relevant experience (M&A/valuation in corporate, advisory or financial institutions).Location: Rome
