OverviewAre you looking for apermanent, part-time job?PerfectThat's exactly what we offerWe are looking for enrolled students, side-jobbers, working students, service employees, helping hands or career changers, who are interested in supporting our daily hotel business.We are looking for someone who can support us mainly in the evenings and nights.OUR OFFERSalary: 12,01 €/hour75% - 90% discount on private accommodation in all a&o hostels (depending on company affiliation)Flexible shift scheduling according to your availabilityattractive corporate benefits such as discounted leisure activities and eventssubsidized language coursessupport for your further education in the form of various trainingsMental Health: We offer you free and anonymous mental health coaching from our independent partner "nilo" ( who will support you with professional, private and health-related challengesWe work in jeans and a&o polo shirt instead of stiff suits or uniformsOf course we provide drinks, fruit and vegetables on a daily basis – and as hostel staff you can join your team for the warm meals served at the buffetYOUR JOBAs allround employee, you are really an all-rounder: you work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar and general service, and filling in for those services is not a problem for you.The reception desk/ bar area will be your primary field of responsibility – this means:You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officerTo ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o, you will cater to their needs and answer their questionsAt the bar your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktailsDuring restaurant-shifts, you are responsible for:The timely preparation of breakfast-, lunch- or dinner-buffetEnsuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always keptYOUR PROFILEThe interaction in our guests is fun for youYou are a reliable person, capable to work in teamYou are motivated, dynamic and flexibleYou don't mind to work on shifts even from 6am in the morning, weekends or during holidaysIf you have previous experience in the tourism field or guest relation involved work experience is a plusYour knowledge of Italian and English will enable you to have a conversation with our guestsWe are very happy to receive your application (resume, copy of your enrollment certificate, earliest possible starting-date).Apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
