Sr.Program Manager, Central Operations Systems Management Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions?Central Operations (Ops) JP is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong record of achieving results, to own and execute strategic initiatives for Central Ops Systems Management (COSM).COSM team is dedicated to improving Delivery Station (DS) and Delivery Service Provider (DSP) performances through back-end systems configurations, ensuring smooth DS operations and optimal route planning.Our configurations encompass settings for all existing Amazon DS such as Large DS, Exchange Points (XPT), Mini DS, 3PL (AMPL), Sub Same Day (SSD), Amazon Logistics Extra Large (AMXL), and Quick Commerce.You will work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at senior levels to understand, implement, and improve COSM programs and initiatives.This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including program management, delivery station operations, last-mile tech, planning, routing, network optimization, middle mile, topology, finance, analytics, transportation, and more in Amazon Logistics (AMZL).Such exposure and collaboration with a variety of teams allow opportunities for further career growth within Amazon and beyond.You will actively solve problems ranging from immediate challenges to long-term programs.You will manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met.The work balances between working independently, influencing other stakeholders, and people managing.You will recommend data-driven solutions, lead pilot tests to assess the program, and expand refined SOPs to operational teams.This position will be hiring, managing, and developing a small team of logistics specialists that will support both operations and program building.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and translate business requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across a large group of stakeholders.Develop and execute rollout plans and provide ongoing support.Create execution strategy, setting priorities and communicating across business partners and stakeholders.Engage cross-functionally to ensure we implement the business vision and operational goals efficiently.Scale services, tools, and processes that enable network growth in volume, complexity, and geographic expansion while maintaining the highest bar for the customer experience.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, provide escalation management, anticipate trade-offs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward.Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence;
