Sales Coordinator, Lombardia – Johnson & Johnson MedTechJohnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Coordinator to oversee the commercial strategy and sales of our Electrophysiology (EP) products in the Lombardia region.Key Job DetailsJob Function: MedTech SalesJob Sub-Function: Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission)Job Category: People LeaderLocation: Milano, Italy (and surrounding areas)Job DescriptionAt Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we leverage our breadth, scale, and experience to redesign how healthcare is delivered, helping people live longer, healthier lives.Our Cardiovascular team develops innovative solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke, and we are expanding our sales force with a dedicated coordinator in Lombardia.You Will Be Responsible ForAchieving overall sales results per semi-annual targetsManaging at least 3 Clinical Support Specialists, providing guidance and coaching to execute the selling strategy and enhance clinical skillsCollaborating closely with the Area Sales Manager and the marketing team to translate regional and national strategy into local actionsManaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and promoting product-education, marketing, and R&D collaborationsReinforcing partnerships with clinical stakeholders involved in product evaluation and purchase decisionsIdentifying and proactively pursuing new sales opportunitiesStaying up-to-date on product and system portfolio within the reference marketCoordinating activities to increase adoption of specific products, especially New Product Introductions (NPI)Executing and following up on national marketing projects when required at the local levelRequirementsMaster's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific fieldAt least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in ElectrophysiologyMinimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices, including tender and deal managementProficiency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteResidence or domicile in LombardiaWillingness to travel within ItalyCustomer-focused, results-driven, and capable of working in a dynamic environmentPreferred SkillsBusiness development, communication, customer centricity, team development, healthcare trends, inclusive leadership, leadership, market knowledge, market research, OKRs, presentation design, sales solutions selling, strategic sales planning, sustainable procurement, talent management, vendor selection.Employment TypeFull-timeSeniority LevelNot applicable#J-*****-Ljbffr
