OverviewJoin to apply for the AI Program Manager role at Siemens in Milan.This is a permanent contract.Siemens is a global leader in technology with a strong focus on digitalization, electrification, and automation.In Italy, Siemens drives innovation and digital transformation across multiple industries, helping customers create value and preparing society for a more sustainable and efficient future.From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeDefine and align the AI strategy with the guidelines set by the Digital Transformation Officer and in coordination with business units and central functions.Manage the AI program by coordinating multiple related projects, ensuring coherence and timely rollout.Identify and prioritize use cases based on market needs and internal opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT) to ensure adoption of AI solutions.Drive delivery and execution by working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product owners, ensuring timelines and quality to enable scaling of strategic AI projects.Standardize processes, tools, and templates to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.Promote AI culture internally and lead change management initiatives, including training and awareness programs.Monitor market and competitor trends to continuously adapt the AI strategy.Ensure program governance including budget, KPIs, and risk management.Communicate the AI vision to internal and external stakeholders, providing thought leadership.Support the scalability of AI solutions in alignment with the Digital Factory Team, ensuring best practices and frameworks are applied.To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:Preferably 7+ years of experience in managing complex programs/projects, with at least 3 years in AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.University degree (Preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar).Solid technical knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms, with familiarity in Agile and DevOps methodologies.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.Strong soft skills: leadership, effective communication, problem solving, and result orientation.Fluent English (Italian knowledge is a plus).What We OfferFlexibility: a trust-based environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extra-professional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys.An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself.Join us and be yourself.Inclusion is our ambitionEqual OpportunitySiemens is an equal opportunity employer, offering a safe and inclusive work environment, based on mutual respect and the appreciation of uniqueness, guaranteeing equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates to unleash their full potential.NoteAddress to us your desired working conditions/environment.Typically, this kind of position is full-time; however, please feel free to ask for a more flexible arrangement if that suits you better.Our recruiting team is looking forward to getting to know you#J-*****-Ljbffr
