Per struttura ricettiva sita a Milano in zona Navigli, si cerca la seguente figura:Addett* alla ReceptionistLa figura sarà inserita nel dipartimento FRONT OFFICE della struttura e si occuperà di accoglienza e gestione delle prenotazioni.In particolare sarà sua cura:-Gestire le prenotazioni;-Svolgere attività di check-in e check-out degli ospiti;-Gestire le richieste degli ospiti, attivando i canali di comunicazione interna con i membri dello staff;-Garantire la piena soddisfazione del cliente;-Registrare movimenti di cassa ed emettere fatture.Si ricerca:Diploma e/o laurea, meglio se in ambito alberghiero e/o comunicazione e marketing;esperienza nel settore hotellerie (minimo 1 o 2 anni);buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;conoscenza del PMS Hotelcube;Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di una seconda lingua aggiuntiva.Il candidato ideale è possiede orientamento al cliente, organizzazione, puntualità ed affidabilità.Ha eccellenti capacità di dialogo con la clientela e di gestione delle richieste, oltre a capacità di problem solving e percezione delle priorità.Luogo di lavoro: Milano sudOrario di lavoro: full time su due turni ( e ) dal lunedì alla domenica con due giorni di riposo a rotazione.Si offre contratto diretto in azienda; inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza.Annuncio pubblicato da NHRG Srl - Agenzia per il Lavoro, autorizzata dal Ministero del Lavoro per le attività di Somministrazione del Personale.
