Job DescriptionPosted Thursday 18 December **** at 05:00Dr.Schär is a global community of innovative and collaborative people, free to think outside the box and to unlock their full potential in terms of creativity, capability, and courage.We are seeking a Professional Full Stack Developer to join the Software Engineering team at Dr. Schär.We are looking for someone with solid, practical experience who is ready to bring their precision, excellent soft skills, and collaborative spirit to our team.This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development stack, influence our technical future (cloud readiness), and take ownership of critical internal applications.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a key contributor, you will enhance and maintain the core applications that drive our business operations and support our colleagues (our main customers).Full-Stack Development:Design, code, test, and deploy features across the application stack, ensuring high performance and quality.System Integration:Develop robust console applications and services that integrate with various third-party systems.This requires a strong ability to consume APIs and meticulously analyze technical documentation.DevOps Focus:Work with Docker in production and actively contribute to our planning for future adoption of Kubernetes and migration to GitHub.Support and Quality:Serve as third-level support for our applications and uphold our commitment to excellence by producing clear, high-quality technical and user documentation.Team Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and bringing new ideas to elevate our team's work and future direction.Your profileThe successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in the following technologies.While experience in all areas is highly beneficial, we value willingness to learn and adaptability.Strong experience with .NET Core(up to .NET 8), EF CoreExperience with modern web development frameworks, ideally ReactPractical experience with Docker and GitProficiency with SQL ServerProven ability to consume APIs and document solutions clearlyPrecision and Meticulousness: A high focus on detail, code quality, and accurate documentationTeam Player: Excellent soft skills, a strong collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledgeCustomer Focus: Understanding that our colleagues rely on us for stable, high-quality solutions and third-level supportLanguage Skills: English as well as Italian and/or German are highly valuedGlobal Mindset: Working in an international environmentNature meets Design: Working in the midst of greenery in a highly modern and sustainable workplacePerfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddyFood: An in-house canteen, fresh fruit and snacksChildcare: An in-house daycare center and "Dr. Schär Kids Care"Family: workplace recognized with the 'auditfamilieundberuf' certificateFlexibility: Life-phase-oriented work with flexible working hours and smart workingLong Term Wellbeing: Health and pension fund and in-house fitness programGrowth: Dr. Schär Academy with a variety of training opportunities and language programsPlaytime & Team Spirit: Calcetto, table tennis, lunch roulette in the in-house gardenMagic Moments: Company parties, events, and giftAre you ready to free the best in you?The position is open to people of all genders, in accordance with the principles of equal opportunity and inclusion.#J-*****-Ljbffr
