Job DescriptionEngel & Völkers is a leading company in the Real Estate industry present in more than 36 countries and 5 continents.The Group has 16,000 employees worldwide.In Italy our network, already consisting of more than 70 offices, is growing rapidly.Competence, exclusivity and passion are the distinctive values of our brand and thanks to our constant expansion we are currently looking for:FINANCE CONTROLLER (m/w/d)The Finance Controller will support improving the holistic reporting and KPI system to track and analyse financial, business and operational performance/budget deviations and delivering business analysis helpful to address strategic business decisions.Key responsibilitiesSupport controlling function and Performance Management for overall Italy (Direct and Franchise) regarding financial and operational performanceSupport in the preparation of reports, presentations and analyses for Top Management and Head-quartersFinancial support and planning for business cases and expansion projectsImproving the reporting and KPI set as well as corresponding processes to monitor the businessImprove budget tracking measures and engage in discussions with the relevant cost center responsible on possible deviationsIdea generation for continuous improvement and adaptations to the reporting and KPI system and processesSupporting cost management activities as well as measures to improve efficiencyDevelop business analysis (e.g. customer analysis, marketing and recruiting activities ROI) to support strategic action plansWhat we are looking forAnalytical and financial capabilities – finding insights & actions from Data, including the ability to interpret complex dataSoft spot for performance management and optimization based on data/ financial insightsCuriosity in setting-up and improving reporting capabilitiesAbility to work in parallel on different tasks and with time pressureHolistic approach to processes and task – from design to executionHigh quality and accuracy mindset; Critical thinker and problem-solving skillsStrong team playerTechnical requirementsExcellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointBusiness Planning and Modelling skillsExperience with advanced controlling toolsProven English proficiencyBA/ M.Sc.in Economics/ Finance/ Management/ Engineering/ StatisticsWill be a plusExperience in TableauPrevious working experiences in consulting firms/private equity/ B2C companiesWe are an internationally renowned real estate brand, we are service-oriented and, if you love contact and collaboration with others, we offer you the opportunity to join our also international, highly motivated and growing teams.People & Culture TeamEV MMC Italia SrlCorso Vittorio Emanuele II - RomaVia de' Toschi 4 - BolognaLungarno Guicciardini - FirenzeReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Engel & Völkers Italia by 2xGet notified about new Financial Controller jobs in Rome, Latium, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
