OverviewBeckman Coulter Diagnostics has been advancing the laboratory for more than 80 years, dedicating itself to moving science and healthcare forward.We are investing in people, celebrating diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and supporting meaningful career development.Beckman Coulter Diagnostics works with a community of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address major health challenges.This role is part of the Italy Field Applications team and will be fully remote within Italy.The European Field Applications Team, reporting to the Senior Manager for Field Applications Europe, oversees deployment and support of diagnostic applications and systems.If you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive role and want to help build a world-class Customer Service and Support organization, read on.In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the team by driving high performance, building talent and inclusion, strengthening relationships with Field Service Leaders, improving customer service experiences using NPS and VOC feedback, owning customer issues with proactive communication, and analyzing metrics to drive improvements.You will recruit, mentor and develop Field Service Application Specialists and stay ahead of industry developments to apply best practices.ResponsibilitiesDrive a culture of high performance and change management through talent development, engagement, and D&I initiatives.Collaborate with Field Service Leaders to provide a consistent approach for Field Service Applications.Improve the customer service experience using Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and Voice of the Customer (VOC).Take ownership of customer issues, escalating as needed and ensuring regular communication with internal and external customers.Analyze and provide statistics for the Field Service Applications Team to improve objectives and set KPIs.Recruit, mentor and develop Field Service Application Specialists using Workday and other tools.Stay ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to identified areas for improvement.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application support and deployment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in the diagnostics industry with a strong understanding of diagnostic applications and systems.Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the diagnostics industry.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsDriving license and fluent in Italian and English.Ability to travel up to 50%.Additional Experience (Desirable)Experience in the healthcare industry with examples of leading complex projects and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to think creatively and express innovative ideas.Location: Flexible, preferably near an airport that supports travel.Beckman Coulter Diagnostics believes in designing a better, more sustainable workforce and supports flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles.This position is eligible for remote work from your home, with additional information provided by the interview team.Explore the flexibility and challenge of working for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.Join our winning team today.Together, we'll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.We partner with customers across the globe to solve their most complex challenges and architect solutions that bring the power of science to life.For more information, visit .#J-*****-Ljbffr
