Siamo alla ricerca di un Revenue and Reservations Manager altamente qualificato e motivato per gestire le strategie di prezzo e le prenotazioni. Questa figura sarà responsabile dell'ottimizzazione delle entrate e della gestione delle prenotazioni, assicurando un'eccellente esperienza per gli ospiti.Informazioni sul ruoloÈ fondamentale possedere ottime capacità comunicative e una conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di Revenue e Reservations, preferibilmente dei sistemi Hyatt.ResponsabilitàGestione delle Prenotazioni:Supervisionare il processo di prenotazione, garantendo un servizio clienti eccellente e una gestione efficiente delle richieste.Strategia di Prezzo:Sviluppare e implementare strategie di pricing per massimizzare le entrate, analizzando le tendenze di mercato e le performance.Analisi Dati:Monitorare e analizzare i dati di vendita e occupazione, preparando report periodici per la direzione.Collaborazione Interfunzionale:Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di Sales, vendite e operazioni per allineare le strategie di revenue e garantire un'esperienza ottimale per gli ospiti.Formazione del Team:Formare e supportare il team nelle procedure di prenotazione e nelle strategie di revenue.Sistemi di Revenue:Utilizzare e gestire i sistemi di Revenue e Reservations, in particolare i sistemi Hyatt, per ottimizzare le operazioni quotidiane.QualificheFormazione:Preferibilmente Laurea in Economia, Management Alberghiero o equivalente.Esperienza:Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile nel settore dell'ospitalità.Competenze richiesteCompetenze Tecniche:Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di Revenue e Reservations, preferibilmente dei sistemi Hyatt.Comunicazione:Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, con attitudine al lavoro di squadra.Analisi Dati:Capacità di analizzare e interpretare i dati per prendere decisioni strategiche.Lingue:Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.Compenso e pacchetto retributivoRetribuzione Competitiva:Pacchetto retributivo in linea con le esperienze e le competenze del candidato.Ambiente di Lavoro Stimolante:Opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.Formazione Continua:Accesso a corsi di formazione e aggiornamenti professionali per lo sviluppo delle competenze.Dichiarazione di pari opportunitàCi impegniamo a garantire la diversità e l'inclusività nel nostro ambiente di lavoro.
