YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKSAs a supply chain & Logistics teamleader, you collect daily requests from the sales support, Logistics & management and has a liaison function with the counterpart in Celano (Covalpa site) for handling various issues (carrier timing, order loading / evasion problems, inventory problems) and in Belgium.PROCUREMENT & PLANNINGAnalyzes final data from the previous year and estimates the volumes needed to open commodity contracts with d'Arta and other suppliers.Plans the purchase of goods as per stipulated contracts, defines their arrival schedule, and shares information with supplier's logistics.Keeps records of contract status through trackers to be requested monthly from supplier's backoffice (mainly Darta).Enters supplier orders and schedules their fulfillment and transportation, in collaboration with Logistics.Monthly, with 6 weeks' notice of first requested fulfillment date, analyzes volumes and prepares Forecast Purchases for supplier, verifying inventories and possible needs on all interested warehouses, and coordinating purchases with possible promotional sales agreed upon.Scouting activities for new suppliers to work alongside existing partners.If there are delays on the arrival of goods for purchase, informs the following of the problem and its timing: management, sales support, salespeople.In collaboration with Packaging Dept. and Logistics Dept., he / she updates goods arrival file for Celano (Covalpa).ERPValues weekly offsets (closing outstanding customer orders) and communicates the amount to the functions involved.Creates and manages price lists for purchase prices from suppliers.In collaboration with Backoffice, he / she supports logistics / budget management / inventory / warehouses / missing products / etc.COST CONTROLVerifies external storage costs based on existing contracts; confirms costs of storage and transportation invoices, calculating variable costs attributable to energy components.Verifies, together with procurement department, any discrepancies in invoiced purchase prices.Evaluates and reviews with Division Manager requests for rate increases and storage / transportation price lists.BUDGETParticipates fortnightly in Darta- Darta Italia -Covalpa budget meeting.Updates the budget - inventory file quarterly and forwards it to the appropriate functions.Checks commercial budget updates (customer acquisition or loss) and reports to Plant Management to plan agronomic and production scheduling.LOGISTICSFramework contracts with carriers and coldstores.Yearly evaluations of logistic partnersReplaces when someone is absent from the logistics department; works with her for any emergencies or needs.YOUR PROFILEYou hold a bachelor / master's degree and already have some experience in the logistics department in a production environment.You have knowledge of external storageLimited travelling: Some visits to the Celano factory and other factories in the group will be necessary, depending on the company's needs.You have a good knowledge of English.You have mastery of SAP management software.You can work independently.You are flexible.OUR OFFERA challenging position within the DARTA group, where you have the opportunity to further expand your broad knowledge of the logistics aspects.You work for an international, sustainable, reputed and financially strong company, which is in full growth and offers interesting future opportunities.The company is characterized by an open culture and short lines of communication.A market competitive remuneration package is provided.Your involvement and creative input are highly appreciated.#J-*****-Ljbffr
