Real Estate Accountant (m/w/d)Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or LombardyResponsibilities• Entering and maintaining contract data in the real estate accounting system• Calculating turnover rent and monthly billing of rental income and ancillary costs• Creating and sending monthly outgoing invoices for rent, ancillary costs, and service charges• Processing addenda like rent reductions, contract extensions, termination rights, and contract transfers• Updating master data (e.g., addresses, bank guarantees, tacit renewals)• Performing indexing and preparing the annual turnover rent statement• Evaluating and checking rent roll in cooperation with the center manager• Calculating and invoicing the annual service charge statement, including advance payments, distribution keys, andcaps• Recharging of utilities (e.g., electricity, gas, water)• Supporting tenants with the creation of short-term contracts and the preparation of the corresponding invoices• Handling inquiries and calculating rental incentivesExpectations• Degree in Economics or Finance• Well-developed expertise in Italian tax matters• Experience in real estate accounting or similar areas• Accuracy and strong numerical skills• Team player and independent worker• Good interpersonal and organizational skills• Business levels in Italian & English languageOffer• Varied activities in an international and growing company• Modern working environment with a highly motivated team• Support for professional and personal training and development• Attractive benefits and company eventsWe offer a gross annual salary of EUR ******.Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.Interested?Please send your complete application documents via email to:Supernova Invest GmbHConrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße 99A-**** GrazWeb:
