Did you know that the solutions we develop are a key part of most industries?Electronics, medical research, renewable energy, food production, infrastructure and many more.We?re everywhereWorking with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.With our inclusive and caring environment, you get the support and inspiration you need to grow.Here, your ideas are embraced, and you never stop learning.Interested in being part of our team?Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Your roleAs Aftersales Specialist your mission is to enhance the reputation of our products: quality, reliability and serviceability.You will report to the Technical Support Team Leader.This will include the following responsibilities:Offering day by day timely service support to the Customer CentersContinuously improve the product quality by a proactive failure reporting follow up.This includes analyzing warranty reports, be the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) and participating in the product quality meetings (PQM)Inform the customer centers via Service bulletins and the Service Website about products improvements and actions to be taken.Play an active role in product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost by giving a strong involvement in the project team meetings (PTM)Provide accurate and up to date service information related to the product range.Develop documentation, service kits and tools for improving serviceabilityProvide and develop technical training in collaboration with the Competence Development groupInteraction will include frequent contacts with the Customer Centers, other Product Companies, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Product Managers.As our products are sold all over the world, you will be prepared to travel to meet customers – at least 30 days per year.Experience requirementsEngineering background is mandatory.We will evaluate both entry-level and experienced candidates.Knowledge / Educational requirementsEngineering degreeTechnical knowledge on compressors, dryers and compressed air ancillaries is necessary.Good knowledge of English.An additional language is considered a plus.Software skills (e.g. MS Office, Lotus Notes, BPCS) would be an asset.Personality requirementsYou are pro-active.You are customer oriented, by maintaining regular contacts with the customer centers and giving them accurate and unambiguous advice.You have good communication skills and you have commercial feeling.As a real problem solver, you can deal with unexpected situations, actively search for the cause of the issue and implement a solution.You have good analytic skills, you can evaluate data and information and you structure and prioritize your tasks accordingly.You are capable to work in a multidisciplinary team in order to provide the highest level of customer service.Short trips abroad are not a problem for you.In return, we offer Ceccato Aria Compressa is a Product Company specialized in the design, production and sales of Oil Injected Screw compressors, Blowers, Refrigerant dryers, oil & condensate separators and line filters, within the Atlas Copco Group which is a world-leading business in more than 180 countries.Ceccato Aria Compressa currently employs around 400 people.Job locationThis role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Plant in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza, Italy).Uniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.With careers sparked by initiative and lifelong learning, we unite curious minds, and you could be one of them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
