Venture Capital Analyst (Milan, Italy)Primo Capital SGR, an independent asset management company specialized in technology investments in theVenture Capitaland Private Equity segment, is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Investment analyst to join oursoftwareVCinvestmentpractice.This is an exceptional opportunity for a sharp, driven individual to gain hands-on experience across the entire Venture Capital lifecycle, from fund operations to deal origination.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology, has a strong analytical mindset, and is eager to contribute to our mission of backing the next generation of tech entrepreneurs in Italy.The ideal candidate will combine a rigoroustechnical backgroundwith anunderstandingoffinancial operationsand a naturalcuriosityforemerging technologies, particularly in the fields ofAI, fintech, cybersecurity, quantum computingandrobotics.Role Responsibilities:The analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Partners across two key areas: fund operations and investment activities.1. Fund Operations & Investor Relations:Assist in the preparation of key fund documentation, including quarterly investor reports, performance summaries, and materials for our Investment Committee.Support the Finance and Operations team with internal financial processes, working with our fund administrators and legal counsel.Contribute to market research and analysis to inform our fundraising strategy and investor communications.2.
