OverviewWe are currently seeking aService Engineerto join ourAfter Sales & Services Departmentat CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova).Main Responsibilities And ActivitiesHe/She performs the activities as Technical Engineer for the most complex and important technical support interventions following the case in field or remotely;In alignment with Field Operation dept., prioritizes, plans through external assistance interventions of the following types: commissioning, extraordinary maintenance, reports and tests on possible product issues; he/she approve field reports to be paid;Makes sure its team has the appropriated level of knowledge on products, applications and methods for intervention; maps the possible gaps and coordinates with Platforms and Knowledge Centre to fill them through trainings;Supports the local Subsidiaries and Knowledge Centre in mapping their own local gaps of knowledge of Services staff, and provides dedicated training when necessary in order to let local staff autonomous;Takes care about internal tests to check the procedures of a typical HVAC unit (Chiller, Rooftop, AHU, VRF...) knowing the thermodynamic/physical principle of a frigo circuit like defrosting, cycle inversion, oil return, preheating....He/She analyzes data from After Sales process-monitoring tools (as the ticketing system) on its assigned product line, in order to provide summarized and valuable information to Quality, Platforms and Sales about the behavior of products during commissioning or after sales;He/She proposes improvements in the methods and tools of After Sales interventions across the Group;RequirementsAt least 3 years specific experience in similar roleA degree in an Engineering field is not mandatory but considered as a plus;Good English level proficiency;Mastery in the use of the main Office tools (particularly MS Excel);Goal orientation, good communication and negotiation skills;Availability to travel.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesHVAC and Refrigeration Equipment ManufacturingNotes: Referrals and other job feed content present in the original description have been removed to focus on the role responsibilities and requirements.This description preserves the legally required EEO statements where applicable in the real posting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
