Digital Technology Transformation Adobe AEP Solution ArchitectJoin to apply for theDigital Technology Transformation Adobe AEP Solution Architectrole atMSC Cruises.OverviewMSC Cruises is the world's third-largest cruise brand and a leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa with strong market share and deployed capacity.The company is part of the Cruise Division of MSC Group.MSC Cruises operates a modern fleet with ongoing vessel launches.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of complex Adobe AEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, data model & quality strategy, and technical requirements.Oversee the full solution lifecycle from architecture to implementation.Enterprise Data Architecture: Architect scalable data models and identity graphs within AEP, enabling unified customer profiles and real-time activation across channels.Integrate AEP with CRM, marketing automation, analytics modules, and other enterprise platforms.Technical Consultancy & Strategy: Provide expert guidance on the optimal use of AEP capabilities to meet business needs.Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with the digital and IT strategy.Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead system integrator teams, promote best practices in data modelling, API integration, and platform configuration.Conduct solution reviews and ensure architectural consistency.Performance Optimization: Ensure AEP implementations are optimized for performance, scalability, and data governance.Define caching, segmentation, and activation strategies for high-volume environments.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketers, product owners, data scientists, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery and adoption of AEP-based solutions.Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and technical specifications.Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay current with the Adobe roadmap and emerging technologies.Identify opportunities to enhance personalization, data quality, and customer journey orchestration.Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AEP implementations comply with data protection regulations and internal security standards.Define governance models for data usage and consent management.Training & Enablement: Support internal teams with training and documentation to promote effective use of AEP capabilities across the organization.Qualifications10+ years in solution architecture roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform and its modules (RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, CJA).Proven ability to architect and implement enterprise-level AEP solutions, including real-time data ingestion, profile stitching, and omnichannel activation.Experience in customer data platforms, personalization engines, and marketing technology stacks.Deep understanding of AEP architecture, including schema design, identity resolution, segment creation, and activation workflows.Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, server-side integrations, and event-based data flows.Experience integrating AEP with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Familiarity with cloud environments (Adobe Cloud, Azure, AWS) and performance tuning strategies.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and consent management frameworks.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and architectural consistency across projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing innovative, efficient solutions.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and iterative delivery processes.Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – RT-CDP Architect, Journey Optimizer Specialist) are strongly preferred.Agility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in Agile environments (incl.
