Randstad Italia Spa, ricerca per multinazionale operante nel settore della mobilità e del noleggio, un Product Development Specialist dinamico e orientato ai risultati da inserire nel team.Il candidato ideale avrà una forte passione per l'innovazione e una solida esperienza nel ciclo di vita completo dello sviluppo del prodotto, in particolare nel settore del Noleggio a Lungo Termine.Inquadramento: II livello CCNL Industrial, RAL 27KIniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione di 6 mesiFull time, lunedì-venerdìZona lavoro: Roma, EurRetribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€esperienza1 annoresponsabilitàIl ruolo prevede la gestione e la supervisione dell'intero processo di sviluppo del prodotto.Le responsabilità chiave includono:Analisi di Mercato: Identificare in modo proattivo le nuove tendenze di mercato e le opportunità di business strategiche.Sviluppo Prodotto: Ideare, creare e implementare nuovi prodotti, gestendo tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita.Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di Vendita per definire le specifiche di prodotto che soddisfino in modo ottimale le esigenze dei clienti.Monitoraggio Performance: Monitorare continuamente le performance e migliorare i prodotti esistenti in base ai dati raccolti.Ricerca e Valutazione: Condurre ricerche di mercato approfondite e valutare il successo dei nuovi lanci in termini di pricing e redditività.qualificheRequisiti e Competenze RichiesteFormazione: Laurea Triennale o Magistrale, preferibilmente in Marketing, Gestione Aziendale (Business Management) o Economia.Esperienza: Precedente esperienza nello Sviluppo Prodotto, essenziale se maturata nel settore del Noleggio a Lungo Termine (Long Term Rental).Digital & Tech: Forte interesse per la tecnologia e l'innovazione digitale.Strumenti: Ottime competenze informatiche e conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office.Spiccata attitudine al Problem Solving.Ottima gestione del tempo e dello stress.Spirito di squadra (Team spirit) e proattività.Metodica attenzione ai dettagli e solide capacità analitiche.Mentalità aperta e internazionale (Open mind-set).Inglese fluente/avanzato (livello C1/C2) (la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus) La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad (/) ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).livello di studiolaurea magistrale / a ciclo unico
