Farmapiù, divisione specialistica di Lavoropiù, seleziona un/una Junior Process Engineer, per contratto di sostituzione maternità, per azienda del settore chimico in zona Cinisello Balsamo (MI).Requisiti obbligatori:- Laurea Magistrale in Chimica, Chimica Industriale, Ingegneria Chimica o affini.- Capacità di analisi strutturata dei dati, con utilizzo di strumenti statistici (necessario Microsoft Excel, Minitab è un plus).- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta che parlata.- Capacità di problem solving e attitudine al lavoro in team.- Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione dei dati.- Livello di Italiano Madrelingua oppure livello C2.Si valutano profili senza esperienza, ma costituisce un plus una breve esperienza in tirocinio come Process Engineering nel settore chimico, cosmetico, farmaceutico o plastico.La risorsa si occuperà di:- Affiancare il Senior Process Engineer nell'analisi e nell'ottimizzazione dei processi di produzione.- Contribuire alla standardizzazione e al miglioramento delle performance in termini di produttività, qualità e resa produttiva.- Raccogliere e analizzare parametri operativi tramite tecniche di analisi strutturate.- Gestire la raccolta dati e l'aggiornamento degli indicatori di performance della funzione.- Partecipare a progetti di miglioramento continuo confrontandosi con Supply Chain, Produzione, Qualità, Ingegneria e R&D.Luogo di lavoro: Solo Cinisello Balsamo (MI)Si Offre:Contratto di sostituzione maternità di un anno, CCNL chimico industria su 14 mensilità, Inserimento in contesto strutturato e innovativo.
