Talent & Community Manager Cos'è Bazr Bazr sta rivoluzionando lo shopping digitale, unendo Live Streaming e Influencer Marketing per creare un social marketplace interattivo, sicuro e coinvolgente.La nostra piattaforma connette brand, creator e utenti, trasformando lo shopping in un'esperienza unica, immersiva e autentica.In qualità diTalent & Community Managersarai responsabile della relazione con creator di Bazr che ti verranno assegnati e dello scouting di nuovi.Lavorerai nel team Editorial & Talents a diretto contatto con gli altri team marketing, sales e platform con un approccio gestionale-operativo guidato dalla relazione con i talent e dagli obbiettivi della tua area.Cosa farai:Gestione quotidiana dei talent: brief, deliverable, scadenze, approvazioni e allineamenti interni/esterni.Scouting e valutazione di nuovi talent coerenti con valori, target e direzione strategica.Coordinamento della community, favorendo partecipazione, dialogo e senso di appartenenza tramite iniziative ed eventi.Documentazione e ottimizzazione di processi, flussi di lavoro e linee guida per la gestione dei talent.Chi cerchiamo:Esperienza nella gestione di talent, creator o community digitali.Conoscenza delle piattaforme di influencer discovery e analytics (es. CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Modash, Upfluence, Klear).Soft skills:Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.Orientamento al risultato e attenzione alla qualità.Capacità di mediazione e gestione dei conflitti.Autonomia, organizzazione e gestione delle priorità.Curiosità, proattività e attitudine al miglioramento continuo.Cosa offriamo:Lavoro in una realtà ambiziosa, a contatto diretto con creators e professionisti del settore.Possibilità di evolvere ruolo, processi e strumenti insieme al team.
