We are looking for a highly motivated and creative senior lighting designer to join our in-house design team in the design sector and work on exciting retail, high-end residential, artistic and hospitality projects in Italy and around the world.The senior lighting designer we are looking for should possess not only technical skills but also a highly creative mindset, innovative solutions, refined aesthetic sense and strong teamwork ability, along with effective collaboration and communication skills to interact with designers, clients, and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesInterpret the client brief and collaborate with senior lighting designers and architects to create and develop creative lighting concepts that complement and enhance the design and user experienceProduce lighting sketches, detailed drawings, lighting calculations, lighting reports and 3D renderings (Lighting Calculation and simulation)Specify high-quality products and equipment in line with the aesthetics and objectives of the projectIndependently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future designsRequirementsA bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Product/Industrial Design/Interior Architecture/Spatial Design or equivalentAt least three years of professional experienceProven experience in lighting design within high-end retail/hospitality projectsGood knowledge of material properties and solutionsAbility to think from small to large scales in spaceExcellent knowledge of 3D software (Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up), Dialux, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite programs (Id, Ps and Ai)Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standardsProfessional level of EnglishEligibility to work in Italy without sponsorshipNice to haveRetail design experienceHospitality design experienceRendering and Animation software skills will be considered a plusBenefitsSalary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience.We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, sexual identity, ethnic origin or similar.Please send us your CV along with your portfolio with subject "Senior Lighting Designer Application"We look forward to welcoming an enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the exciting field of lighting design.#J-*****-Ljbffr
