Working with us means working in an ambitious team, within a multicultural and international contextOur ambition is to contribute to building a more responsible, communal and inclusive world for our employees and clients.We are currently looking forProject Leader, Project Engineer and Solution Lead Engineerto support one of our prestigious projects inMilano.Driving business growth: supports scalability and competitiveness in the DES solutions and automation market;High workload management: ensures efficient handling of growing orders and project demands;Strengthening technical leadership: enhances expertise in designing and executing old/new solutions;Boosting customer satisfaction: improves response times, project execution, and client relationships.Project Leader, Project Engineer and Solution Lead EngineerJob DescriptionThe Solution Lead Endineer will have to be responsible for managing and executing the System&DES projects, ensuring compliance with project BOM / technical data, safety req., timelines, quality standards, etc.The Solution Lead Endineer will coordinate all the project technical activities, liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams/PMs, and ensure the successful implementation of our client's solutions.Main tasks:Plan, manage, and monitor the SYS project activities;Support the PM to manage timelines & costs (technically and economically improve the BOM);Coordinates the various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.);Makes key decisions to ensure project success (also from a technical point of view);Ensures compliance with customer quality / safety and regulatory standards;Interface with customers and suppliers to define requirements and technical specifications;Develops technical solutions and project specifications (works closely with the technical team and the customer to ensure requirements are met);Oversee the implementation and commissioning of DES/new solutions;Troubleshoots technical issues during project execution.Main Reqs:Project leader skills with technical ending;Knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC systems, and industrial communication protocols;Problem-solving.Job details:Duration: >2 yearsLocation: MilanoStart date: as soon as possibleNext StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initialHR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate yourtechnical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a lastqualification meetingwith the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss ourproposalwith you.
