Job family: Quality - Safety - EnvironmentWhy Join Segula Technologies?By joining Segula, you will enter an international atmosphere, working with reputable players in the energy sector on their flagship projects.You will have access to a network of experienced engineers and managers who have been leaders in the industry for years.Our commitment to internal mobility offers you the chance to work on diverse projects across more than 30 countries, in various roles and responsibilities.In addition to the energy sector, you can explore opportunities in other industries where Segula is highly active, such as automotive, aerospace, and rail.We're looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at a construction site in Ostiglia.This is a complex site, so we are seeking professionals with proven experience in similar industries who have already held an EHS Manager role.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing safety policies and procedures on construction sites, including identifying risks and providing training to employees on how to handle hazardous materials or situations.Ensuring that all safety equipment is in good working condition and available for use by all employees.Conducting inspections to identify potential hazards and creating plans to eliminate them.Developing emergency response plans for natural disasters, fire hazards, chemical spills, etc.Maintaining records of accidents and injuries to track trends and improve safety measures.Creating and enforcing occupational health and safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and international regulations.Monitoring the work environment to ensure that it is safe for employees to work in.Conducting accident investigations when accidents occur to determine their causes.Establishing emergency preparedness plans to ensure that the company can continue operations in the event of an emergency.Supporting the Site Manager on all safety and environmental issues.EducationMaster's degree in Engineering with a focus on Safety, Environmental Health, orBachelor's degree in Engineering with specialized training in Safety, Environmental Health, or Environmental Science.Other degrees or specializations may be considered if the content is equivalent.Training & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles, with experience in the energy sector.Qualifications required by D.Lgs ***** (RSPP, CSP, CSE).Experience in similar roles or roles related to Titolo IV D.Lgs *****, preferably following UNI *****:**** as 'operative manager.'LanguageFluent Italian and English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
