Lead comprehensive analysis of transportation metrics (On Time Arrival, CPS, DEA, Vendor performance), translating data insights into both immediate solutions and long-term strategic improvements.2. Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations, eliminating inefficiencies while enhancing daily execution.3. Architect and drive structured improvement cadences, from daily huddles to monthly workshops, ensuring continuous advancement of our External Fulfillment capabilities.4.
