OverviewMAGROUP - MAGNAGHI AEROSPACE is an international company with operations in Italy, UK, USA, Canada and Brazil.The Group has more than 80 years of experience in the industry, having produced to date more than 20,000 landing gears and more than ****** aerostructures for more than ****** aircraft.Posizione: We are looking for a resource for our headquarters in Naples employed in the Final Assembly Line Area with the role of Program Planner, in a growing and highly stimulating context.Main ActivitiesDirect management of programmes: Receipt of the annual delivery plan on a monthly basis relating to the budget plan for the programmes under their responsibility.Ensuring short- and medium-term production planning by verifying, monitoring and controlling warehouse stock and work in progress.Ensure periodic updating of short/medium-term programme visibility in relation to missing part numbers and remaining lead time.Monitor the availability of parts in stock and all stages of the production process, indicating operational priorities to the various company departments.Share and periodically update programme progress with Sales, Contract & Programme Management, providing delivery forecasts for devices and recovery plans for parts that are behind schedule on the critical path.Monitoring and control of all stages of the manufacturing process, indicating priorities by means of:Systematic monitoring of the progress of parts manufacturing and warehouse stock levels in order to ensure the supply of production lines.Direct reminders to Manufacturing Department Heads, Team Leaders of the Trolley and Systems Assembly Department, Parts Control Manager, External Processing Purchasing Staff, Purchasing Staff, Warehouse Foreman and Finished Parts Warehouse Staff to ensure compliance with the delivery dates set out in the assigned plans.Compiling and periodically updating short- and long-term planning files.Supply management through:Querying the MRP system to acquire information on purchases and processing times for each programme.Issuing purchase requests for relevant programmes and releasing them in MRP.Directly reminding the purchasing department of delayed parts in order to ensure the production line is supplied.Issuing and managing work orders, through:Issuing Work Orders, based on MRP requests and the availability of materials and constituent parts.The delivery of the Work Order, indicating the requested completion date, to the Purchasing Department for parts to be outsourced and to the Finished Parts Warehouse for parts to be assembled.RequisitiHard SkillsBachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Management or Mechanical EngineeringProficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP or other ERP/production management systemsKnowledge of mechanical processing techniques and special processesKnowledge of planning methodologiesGood knowledge of EnglishPrevious experience in the aeronautical sector or in companies with complex production cycles will be considered a plusSoft SkillsAbility to work in a teamProactivityStructured problem solvingResults-orientedAltre informazioniThe search is open to candidates of both sexes (Law ******).MAGROUP is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.The Group takes measures to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.At MAGROUP Magnaghi Aerospace, everyone is invited to contribute to the success of our Group.#J-*****-Ljbffr
