About Turing: Based in San Francisco, California, Turing is the world's leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems.Turing supports customers in two ways: first, by accelerating frontier research with high-quality data, advanced training pipelines, plus top AI researchers who specialize in coding, reasoning, STEM, multilinguality, multimodality, and agents; and second, by applying that expertise to help enterprises transform AI from proof of concept into proprietary intelligence with systems that perform reliably, deliver measurable impact, and drive lasting results on the P&L.Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content used in workflows, training data, and scenario-based evaluations for large language models (LLMs).You will help build realistic content samples, review AI-generated outputs, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.What does day-to-day look like:Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios.Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation.Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs.Required Qualifications:Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and German) : Ability to read and write in English and Portuguese with a high degree of comprehension skills.2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field.We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area.Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira).Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA).Familiarity with structured formats and tools: JSON (reading/writing, basic structure), Google Colab / Jupyter notebooks, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Slack.Perks of Freelancing With Turing:Work in a fully remote environment.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies.Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.Offer Details:Commitments Required : at least 4 hours per day and minimum 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.Engagement type : Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)Duration of contract : 1 month (can extend).This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (4 hrs/day) America/Los_AngelesEvaluation Process :Applicants must complete a business writing assessment (English) followed by a language proficiency assessment (German).Shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by our team internally and shortlisted candidates will be reached out for onboarding.After applying, you will receive an email with a login link.Please use that link to access the portal and complete your profile.Know amazing talent?Refer them at turing.com/referrals , and earn money from your network.
