Masco Group is the leader in providing integrated technology solutions, partner to a global customer base of biopharmaceutical manufacturers and CDMOs focused on biologics, pharma and advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), such as cell & gene therapies.Its companies Stilmas, Olsa, DOC, BCD and Key Plants are leaders in clean utilities, process technologies, services and modular facility solutions.We're Hiring: Project Coordinator – Industrial SectorAre you ready to take ownership of complex projects, drive cross-functional coordination, and play a key role in delivering high-quality industrial solutions?We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn challenges into successful outcomes.In this role, you will be the central point of contact ensuring that every phase of the project runs smoothly and according to plan:Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring smooth execution and on-time deliveryProduce, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance and risk mitigationInterface with Project Engineers and technical departments to align priorities and technical requirementsCollaborate closely with the project management team and follow internal best-practice guidelinesGather feedback, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives3–7 years of experience, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector~ Technical background (Engineering, Surveyor, Industrial Technical Diploma)Ability to track work progress, identify risks, and proactively accelerate activities when neededExperience in structuring projects and managing multiple workstreamsSolid proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work autonomously and plan activities effectivelyExcellent team player with good English language skillsPermanent contractFull-time role (40 hours/week)
