Slickline Supervisor Location: Italy (onshore/offshore projects)Employment Type: Local payroll or freelance contractorRole OverviewAs a Slickline Engineer, you will be responsible for leading slickline operations across a range of well types, including complex HP/HT and sour wells.You will manage service crews, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and deliver reliable results in line with client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead slickline service crews, supervising and coordinating well intervention activities.Carry out calibration, maintenance, and repair of slickline service equipment.Execute slickline operations including fishing, calibration, lock mandrel setting, SCSSV testing, memory gauge profiling, and wellhead maintenance.Provide timely reporting and operational documentation to the client.Liaise with Company Representatives, ensuring service quality and compliance.Identify and report deviations, risks, or functional problems promptly.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Technical high school diploma or equivalent qualification.Experience:Standard Wells: Minimum 5 years of slickline experience.Complex Wells (Deepwater / HP/HT / Sour): 8+ years, including at least 2 years as Chief Operator.Specialist Knowledge:Basic, Advanced Slickline & Slickline Fishing operations.Proficiency with lock mandrel setting, sleeve operations, SCSSV testing, and memory tools.Certifications & Training:Well Control Certification Level 4 (IWCF, IADC Well CAP, or equivalent, as per IOGP 476).Firefighting, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space / Polluted Environment training.Offshore Safety (BOSIET, HUET, EBS).Skills: Microsoft Office suite, strong reporting/documentation.Languages: Italian and English (fluent).#J-*****-Ljbffr
